How do I adjust date of my watch bought from GAP. I bought a sports watch from GAP. there are 4

I bought a sports watch from GAP. there are 4 buttons, Light, Mode, Start, Reset. When I push the Mode, the only the weekday changes and it looks like it is Alarm setting not date. Please help me.
