How do I adjust my computer so that when I open a picture from a website it opens in full screen?

When I open a picture now it is only half of my screen.

  1. if you use firefox 3 as a browser you can press ctrl and the + key

    to zoom in

    then press ctrl and + and 0 to reset

    or you can hold ctrl and use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out
