How do I adjust the bridge on an ibanez guitar?

Its an Ibanez Whammy bridge,

I want to change the position of the Six adjustable parts on it but I cant find how to get into there to loosen and tighten the screws in them. Anyone know how to do this?

If it is a Floyd Rose bridge, you are going to need a set of allen wrenches and the screws will be located in front of the saddles on the top of the bridge. If it is a strat-like bridge, you are going to need either a phillips head or flat head screwdriver and the screws will be located on the back side of the bridge (still on the top of the guitar).
