Question:

How do I allow Pop-ups??

I use firefox and I went into tools> options> content and unchecked the box next to block pop up windows, but I still can't get pop ups. I need to be able to get pop ups because of a program for school called Web CT where e-mails come in pop ups. I also have Norton Antivirus on my comp but can not find any pop up controls on it. ANY suggestions would be appreciated.

  1. Well that really doesn't much sense. Even if the pop-up blocker is on, firefox should ask if you want to allow them from said site. If there is a specific url that the emails are all from, you can just go into exceptions and add "http://*.site.*/*", the asterisks being wildcards allowing anything from the site, and also I'm not sure if its .com/.net/.org etc. Hope that provides some insight :\
