So, I have a few shirts that are too big, I know nothing about sewing or anything, so I was wondering, how can I hem them, or sew them , or whatever I need to do to make them fit. Thanks! :]

  1. May sound weird but turn the water in your bath on HOT (As hot as you can, and don't fill it to the brim, half way is fine that way you save water) then throw them in.  Make sure they sink!  Leave them over night.  Throw them in the dryer.  They should be at least a size smaller (best if the material is 60%-100% cotton)  This works better then the wash because it is hotter and it lets them set longer. =3 happy shrinking.  (btw, don't put shirts in there that fit you because they will not when you take them out a few hours later.  This process can be used to make jeans into skinny jeans.  It freaken' works. 0.0)

  2. cut the sleves

  3. Not being able to sew is OK, just take them to a dry cleaners and see if they can do it or check with some friends who may sew. You can purchase an iron on hem binding that requires no sewing but be careful not to get the iron too hot or it will scorch the fabric and some fabrics give a shiny look when an iron is placed on them. Be very careful not to damage you shirt. Good luck and God Bless, Elle T

  4. wear a cute belt or some fitted pants they will look pretty nice put them in the wash  or put the ends a pony tail like foll them under i think you know what i mean or wear them as pjs or put a cute jacket over top
