How do I analyze my behavior from a sociological standpoint?

Look at your life objectively and try to see how your morals, religious views, personality, and all your other traits/behaviors have been shaped by your upbringing. The culture that you live in, the way your parents raised you, the way your friends behave, even the customs of your ancestors are sociological factors that can affect your behavior.
