How do I appeal for a Uk holiday working visa that won't take long?

I applied for a holiday working visa and they denied me on the grounds that 1. I applied for a year and the visa is for 2 years, which is allowed.

2. That he or she does not think my future employer will keep a position for me for a year even though the letter stated he would and 3. beacuse he thinks I will not come back yet I have been to the uk 3 times before and returned. Also because of the situation of my country which I have no control over. 4. He says I didnt provide evidence of my employment yet I wrote in the application form UNEMPLOYED!!!! The officer did not even bother to read my application properly and every reason he refused my visa for I had evidence. I am just so angry because my parents sacrificed a lot of money to apply for that visa ans someone cannot even be bothered to go through the papars properly. Is there any way of appealing that won't take 6 months or how else can i go to the Uk?

  1. Get advice from the British High Commission, Immigration Section and find out first what you may qualify for and then apply for it.

You could appeal on the grounds that:

    1. Your future employer will keep a position for me for a year.

    2. Provide evidence of your future employment and place of stay whilst in the UK.

    3.  Say you believe the officer did not read your application properly and that he refused your visa for even when you had evidence.

    4.  Say your parents sacrificed a lot of money so you could apply for the visa and would appreciate the application to be reassessed.

    One cannot hurry appeals.

Ask your future employer to confirm in writing your guaranteed employment in the UK for the period from, to etc.

You could get someone in the UK to sponsor you, speak to Immigration.

  2. Which is your home country, please?

Without that information, we can't advise you.
