What type of grant are you referring to?

If you are looking for applying for a grant to go to college, then you would need to file your FAFSA application at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov .There are several grants available for college students, but they are very hard to get and you must be living very poor to be eligible. Search the questions here about college financial aid and you will find tons of information.

If you are looking for a general grant to help you out financially, then you are pretty much out of luck. Contrary to popular belief & that Lesko BOZO, there are no grants given out by the US government for living expenses.

FAFSA's the key. It covers everything. For a grant you must have a pretty low income without help from your parents. Scholorships are a bit easier to get, and there's literally thousands of them, for everything. Get your college counselor to give you advice on financial aid. That's what they're there for!
