How do I apply for a job at the upcoming electric car factory in Franklin KY?

I just moved to Kentucky about 2 weeks ago and I heard about a factory that will be opening soon in Franklin. That's about 20 miles from where I live. I haven't been able to find decent work closer and I'm really hurtin for a job. If you have any information, phone numbers, web sites, about the factory or any other good leads I would be very thankful.
