How do I apply for an Italian Passport?

I am a filipino citizen but I am a permanent resident of Canada. I am going on a school trip in the fall and I need to apply for a visa. Can you please tell me how?

a visa or an italian passport?

if your not an italian citizen you won't get the pssport

if its a visa which is much different then a passport contact the local italian embassy in your city

You do not apply for an Italian passport, you apply for a visa.
