How do I apply for canadian residency??

Question

I have a girlfriend in Canada and sometimes I go to Canada to visit her and I was wondering how can i apply for the permanent residency. I apolgize for my spelling

1. You and girffriend get married and she sponsors you to come to Canada

2. You get a temporary work permit leading to PR through a provincial nominee program but you are tied to what kind of skills/experience you have and you have to move to the province that needs your skills and do their program

3. You apply for permanent residency as a federal skilled worker but there is a long waiting time to get it.
