How do I apply for priority lift pass to watch the match of Manchester united?

I need a priority lift pass in order to reach at my tier in the stadium because I have reduced mobility. But I don’t know that how to get it. If someone has any information regarding this problem then please help me.

If you are a Season Ticket holder who requires lift access on a regular basis, email [e-mail]  or call the Ability Team on 0845 230 1989 and your requirements can be assessed, and, if necessary a seasonal arrangement can be put in place to help you reach your seat.
