How do I apply for the kicker in my GI Bill?

Question

I applied for the GI Bill at the end of my school year and they paid me 813.63 and then a second payment of 369.83 why did it drop so much I am going to guess that the 813 is with the kicker but i don't know. Will they reimburse me for the months I had not signed up for.

P.S. I got the 350 kicker

You need to check with the Department of Veteran's Affairs on this one.  Try http://www.gibill.va.gov/.
