How do I apply light eyeliner on and look scene?

Okay, my grandmother wont let me apply dark eyeliner on. She says I can apply eyeliner, but it has to be light.

Can you please help me?

use really dark eyeshadow.

she said no dark eyeliner

but nothing about dark shadoww.

first try using brown eyeliner instead of black and make sure your eyeliner is sharpened and make as thin of a line as possible

Go to the make up department of an H&m store and buy one of their light gray thick eyeliners. Apply just above the top eye lashes starting from the inner corner of your eye and draw a bit over the outer corner to get a bit of a cat effect. Use lightly on bottom lashes

put it on dark at school haha

look up how to do a smokey eye..it can be done with any shade of color light or dark
