I want to work at Hooters. How old do you have to be to work at Hooters? What should I wear when I'm applying to Hooters? What would they prefer me to show up in, I mean? What are dress requirements once you get hired?

You're supposed to be 18 and just wear a nice top and some jeans to apply or to the interview.  Dress requirements as a waitress are the typical panty hose, shorts, and Hooters shirt.  They tend to hire people with bubbly personalities.
