How do I approach e-bay about my problem?

I sold some DVD's a bout a month ago and the guy I sold them to is now complaining that even though they were listed as second hand some of them are scratched and some missing. (I know that there wasn't any missing, I checked very carefully) I posted a question earlier for advice and the general feeling is to contact e-bay about this problem. How would I go about doing that?

  1. Hmm what you did is fine. Just wait for their reply from eBay.  Now be careful because many people try to sell things and the customer wants their money back after a few months! There should a be a rule against that. ive heard cases of people 'wanting their money back' - after 6 months. Its riddulous.

Now there is a law stating that the customer can get thir money back AFTER 14 days - thats fine.

Like I said wait for eBay's reply. Best option.
