Question:

How do I approach recruiters to advertise their jobs in my recruitment agency?

Hi everyone, I'm considering starting a recruitment agency, I have HR experience but I'm finding it difficult to speak to and find the right people in charge of outsourcing their job vacancies. its not set up yet and I'm getting a little confused. Do I start the company and then approach recruiters (something I'm really not comfortable with?!) or do I get the recruiters to promise me vacancies in the coming 6 months, (as it will take 6 months to get everything sorted out?)

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

  1. If you are serious about starting this business get your website and business up and running first. Then contact recruiters or whom ever to introduce your business to them.

Or you can mail letters, calls or email them about what you are looking to do to get feel of who may be interested in doing business with you.

Either option, just do something the more you sit and think about how confused it all is you are wasting time when you could be contact clients to see if this is worth moving on. good luck
