As I receive posts to be approved, I want to approve them all and send out one email to my group instead of each individual post. My members boxes will get flooded if they are sent out as I approve each one.

  1. most people who belong to groups expect to get posts- suggest to them their mail setting choices and which might be better for them-

What are the Message Delivery options for each of my groups?

  2. There are several ways to do this.  I will assume you only want to forward the message, not the sender's info. ??.  I would open MS Word, and then minimize it.  Highlight the text in your email messages one at a time, do a copy, and past into MS Word.  All the messages will be on the MS Word page.  put a few spaces between each message to separate them.  When you are ready, send one email, and attach the MS Word document to it.

Here is another way:  Start a new email and put it in the draft folder. Highlight you incoming emails one at a time and do a copy, and then past them in the outgoing email text area.  Make a few spaces, and keep doing that until you have all the incoming emails pasted to text portion of the outgoing email which resides in the draft folder.  When you are finished, just send it.  This way you would be able to also forward the original sender's identity etc.

  3. You can approve all of the pending messages at one time this way:

Sign in to the group and click on "Pending" underneath "Messages" on the left side of page.  In the "Action" column on the far right of each, use the drop down arrow and select approve, edit or delete. Repeat for all pending messages.  Then Click Submit.

There's no way you can make all the approved messages go out to the members in one email.  The members have selected how they want to receive their messages, whether it be by Individual emails, Daily Digest, Special Notice, or No Mail.  You could change their email delivery settings for them but they probably would change them back the way they had them to begin with. However, you can suggest that they change their email delivery to Daily Digest to cut down on the number of group messages received. It should be left up to them to do so.
