unless you can give them a precise recipe or the ingredient it might be a little difficult , starbuck isn't really known in europe and asking a starbuck style latte might be hard.I would advice to try to know what a starbuck latte is made and the different ingredient in it and ask if they can make it for you.

A Starbucks latte is just like any other latte really, so as long as its a "real" (with an espresso bar and stuff) coffee shop, you can just ask for a regular latte. -- Its just a latte with steamed milk, foam, and espresso -- nothing too fancy ---- :)

Also, there are TONS of Starbucks is Madrid, so you can allows just go to one of those :)
