How do I assign a new ringtone to my RAZR?

I made a new ring-tone on the computer and I added it to the little sd card but it put all my ring-tones in the "music" folder and I don't know how to assign it for regular calls or how to assign a ring-tone for a specific number. Please tell me how to do this as soon as possible.
