How do I attract proeple to my website?

Actually I have found a survey website and it is paying me to refer people to it. I want to ask that how do i refer people to it? Can any one sign-up or advertise for me or any other advice? Please answer me?

Survey sites  not honest. They take away money from people. Don't join such people, be honest.

send out emails to newsgroups, advertise on free site like loot,gumtree, ibootsale and craiglist put a cheap item for sale on ebay and put a link on your ad to your site.

pay for advertising its not that hard just do it in preformance pamfelets and stuff

i have the same problem.. no one visits my website.

It is an advice site, and only i run it. No paying nessesary.

But no one visits it.

My answer depends on pay you are getting out of them. Say if you are sharing the pay with a programmer who can bring you referals then it may work out for you.

If so register on freelance sites as a webmaster and outsource of getting referals to a programmer and fix the deal with him how much you can pay him per referal.
