How do I authorize my computer on itunes?

I've tried everything to authorize. I think it might be authorized but when i try to transfer the songs it says authorization is needed. But when i went to the store to authorize it like it says on apple.com i cant find the button thats says authorize computer.

Open iTunes, then in there, go to the Store menu and select 'Authorize Computer'.
