How do I avoide this temptation?

I have a real problem with having my dog l**k my "area" I don't know why I started this, I feel so terribly bad and guilty. Please don't answer with ridicule just with helpful advice, how do I avoid this I can go a week but then it comes back and I don't know how to avoid it.

Please don't suggest going to someone cause I can't.

I have also prayed about this, but I guess not as often as I should. I feel like Im a real disappoinment to God because of it.

I really don't want to hurt myself or my dog, thats why I REALLY want to stop, SOO badly. PLEASEEE help me.

I don't know what to tell you to help you stop the temptation. all I can tell you is that you don't have to kill yourself about it. people are doing worse things and not feeling guilty either. its your dog and your parts. who am I to judge.

Its called Bestiality! The sad part is that the guilt you are feeling releases a similar hormone that the act itself does causing you to want it again. Thus forming the addiction. I might also suggest that when it comes to most sexual addictions, masturbation is an easy replacement. You typically will lose the desire to do the action once you get one off. Good Luck.
