How do I ban a group member?

I have several groups, and get a lot of spam in the larger ones. All of my group mail is moderated, but it's a huge time waster to delete messages and uncouth language from the same people every day.

This will save you a lot of time and frustration:  Each time you open a pending message for moderation and see that it is inappropriate, you can ban that member immediately on that same message page.

If a message is already posted on your group, you can ban the member easily. Open the message. On the right hand side of the page, underneath their name & email address, in very small letters you will see Remove Author | Ban Author .  Click on "Ban Author".  

Then delete the message.

Click on  members  button  on the left side of your page, you will see a heading "Ban"  Click there  enter his email and follow the prompt remove member at bottom.   Poof, he's outa there.
