School is almost here, and this girl I chill with went to school this monday. It all depresses me each year, and I get really sad about school starting all the time now. It's like the weekend in summer, june: you get out of school and want to party (friday) July: Still party and don't remember what day it is in the week and a ton of plans made to have fun (saturday) August: Get ready for school that is in the back of your mind and you have to go to bed earlier and don't party as much at all (sunday) It just sucks! How can I beat the high school blues? (junior)

  1. Buddy, you think you got it bad? I have a HUGE ap english assignment I've been working on ALL summer. I've been having it the back of my mind ALL summer, and therefore, I've been miserable in the back of my mind all summer, no matter what I was doing. In fact, I'm supposed to working on my stuff right now. If you're doing regular level classes, you might have something they force you to read...well I have five books to read, one boring-assed magazine to go through, and to top it all off, I have to write about a lot of stuff I DONT CARE ABOUT ONE FRIGGIN BIT. So if you have back-to-school blues, think about people like me, the crazy ones in the ap classes with the extra assignments over the summer break because we don't wanna do it in college. Thank you. =D

  2. I know exactly what you mean and I'm feeling the same way.

Think about the fact that you are one step closer to getting out of school.

Soon it'll be summer again, then you'll be a senior...

Then it'll be time to graduate.

Also, you'll be seeing your friends everyday this way and talking to/meeting more people.

  3. with a baseball bat?

If I knew the answer I would be like Einstein or sum1, maybe there is no cure!!   :(

    Good Luck,

    Mimi
