How do I beat this race on GT4?

I really need help. I'm trying to beat the Gran Turismo World Championship races in the Professional Hall... and I can't do it. Does anybody have any suggestions on what car to use that won't make too many pit stops, as my current car does.

in all the difficult races i use my LM nissan 350z something (dont know exact name) and win all of them. Its fixed up.

do it as many times as needed get to know your car and the track gett a better car if nesscery if tou can lead the firstlap or to you ca a ford a few pit stops
