How do I become a Formula One driver for BMW Sauber?

i am 13 years old

i have a high class family so i have money

i live in the US

i rarely go kart racing at all

and i have been hearing the same things from everybody; to move to europe, go to racing school, get a sponsor, formula bmw, win bmw, test drive bmw, race formula 3,3000,gp2,formula ford, win win win win win,

but i need the details like how to get a sponsor, where to sign up for these formula leages how to get my super lisens and all that stuff and of course...... DO I EVEN GO TO COLLAGE!?!?!

so can anyone pplease help me?

the question u posted is d**n childish.........to be honest(if  i may have been personally talking with u i may have been shounting loudly this line)-YOU DONT GET TO SELECT A TEAM IN F1....TEAMS SELECT U!!!!!!!!!!!..................to be honet do gokarting do a lot of it............dont limit yourself to particular circuit...........do karting in diffrent circuits(as many as u can) try to beat the fastest lap set by them and if u dont wanna do this .............than(am so angry and irritated u dont knw) go home and spleep 15hrs a day.....get up only to eat and bath(atleast)....and plz dont watch f-1 races....they are not for lazy guys for you!!!!............you know why i have got so irritated......due to this line of yours "formula bmw, win bmw, test drive bmw, race formula 3,3000,gp2,formula ford, win win win win win,"..........especially this part"win win win win win"..........if ur sitting in a racing car and not aiming for victory than .................what the F*** ur doing sitting in that race car..............let me tell you....the world of motorracing is d**n harsh 1000 times harsher than my words.......or maybe more.........you cannot yawn your way into the top........you have to literally at some points........like peel your skin from your body........ok now......i think you are d**n frightened and you are getting goosebums..............if yes....than.....ok...........and if u still wanna be a f-1 driver..........ya than u can do............it.........

EDIT:now that i have cooled down a bit let me tell u-

win couple of local karting championships(at least finish second....tht u hate winning so much)....as u stay in US....participate in fBMW series(it happen in US too...newly started)...if u dont register 2-3 wins atleast(for u u can consistently come 2nd[u dont like to win..right??] and win the championship too...unless some one consistently come 1st LOL)...after that move towards europe and participate in the GP2 series.....or formula 2 is starting sooner or later(if it holds good reputation u can get into it too ) or A1gp(u can represent team USA) .....)........and if you win the gp2 series whooooooa.....an f-1 cars cockpit is waiting for you(and if you are lucky u may have choices too...hope BMW sauber isnt a back marker at tht time....but its ok...cause u dnt wanna win win win win win).....try not getting into gp2 or f2 in 3-4 yrs .....cause i have an habit of winning consistently........and u may have a real bad time racing against me ;-)...........and if u do things properly 13yrs is really a good time to start motoracing.....1 more thing u dont need to go to college for that..........u can join elf windcliff racing school in france(alain prost took training from there)if u want.....as looking at ur question i dont think u know much abt racing .....so it would be better if u get ur basics right.....take some intrest in studying physics in the chool...it may help u later......(ya!!!)..........good luck

you either need to have ALOT of talent or ALOT of money and by alot i mean 100s of millions that you can spend yearly for the fun of it.

And first of all you have to start karting. before anything, then once your karting become then national champion for your country about 2 times at least then the sponsers will notice you then you might get into formula bmw...which is the lowest class in the motorsports ladder...right after karting. once your in that become the world champion a couple of times then you might get sponsered by a big company like mclaren or something then you might go to formula renault win the world championship and you might be lucky and get into gp2...dominate that become world champion and you might...MIGHT reciieve a call from bmw.

if you wanna know the odds there actually probably close to 1 in 10000000000000

We ( the contrib's on the 2 wheeled version of your pages ) get this same question asked on a Sunday, right after a MotoGP race has finished.

Maybe things are a little different in the world of F1. but when you learn about the races starting to race mini moto or Go-kart when they are 4 / 5 years old, you have to almost laugh at questions like this one.

Funny really, by the time people like Lewis [ & from my field, a name Im sure all you F1 fans will know ] Valetino Rossi, were 13, they were signed up by either a major sponsor, Mr Dennis or Aprillia Racing Team.

This kids wants to start picking his team for a dream F1 job when he is about 9 years to late in even starting.

You need to go Karting first, this will tell you if you have the necessary talent to progress, if you can cut it only then should you consider going to Europe to progress in single seater series'.
