  1. The flight wing for SpecOps is the 160th SOAR based at Ft. Campbell Ky.

FAQ's for officers can be found here:

  2. first u have to becme a pilot in the regular army

  3. You can either go warrant or officer. Try the WOFT program. I'll not explain everything because you need to google these terms and look them up so you will know for yourself. (Teach ya' to fish). And once you're a pilot, apply to the 160th SOAR, the special ops pilots unit.

You will need some schooling first. But google the WOFT or WOCS and 160th S.O.A.R.

  4. All helicopter pilots start out the same in the army. A new pilot will go to a regular "line unit" first. At flight school the new pilots do not learn every thing they need to know, and are defiantly not very smooth on the controls. If you want to be a special operations pilot, you can talk to a special forces recruiter after you have a few hours under your belt (usually 500 or more is best). You have to go through a selection process, and then if they choose you to join up with the special forces, then you will receive any extra training you will need for what ever job you will be doing (flying different helicopters, special equipment ect.)
