How do I become a Social Work Coordinator?

Question

I want to become a Social Work Coordinator or activities coordinator. How do I do this? I have seen jobs with pay salaries between 30k-90k. I am current at a Board of Education program that does different activities with local schools(internship). They are mainly outdoor based that tries to help kids maintain positive behavior. My main concern is that I do not do a lot of paper work. I am not going to be as skilled with reviewing psychosocial assessments and the rest of the paper baggage.

u gotta call people and develop connexions, without which u wont go far. so pl start networking and u will get there.

start showing that u r capable. attend charity events etc, volunteer etc
