How do I become a TN realtor?

Hello,

I am currently a stay at home mom looking to work in real estate in hopes of still being home alot and making money. How do i get my real estate license and what does it cost? How much of an income can i expect? Any input on this topic would be great! THANKS

Pay $350 to the local realty school in the Yellow Pages. Pass the school in 3 weeks if you can go all-day or 3 months if you go evenings.  Take the state test.  Pay $125 for your license.  Interview at the local realty offices.  Some have zero fees but you share your income 50-50.  SOme charge you $1,000 a month but you keep all your income.  Pay $40 for some business cards. Start taking people out to buy homes. They buy a home.  You hand them the keys.  They give your name to their friends. You become rich and famous. Then you come to Answers and teach others how to do it. /
