How do I become a flight attendent for virgin blue airlines in australia?

I went to the app. site and it says I need permanent residency but I live in america. How do I get the right visa for wanting to live there and work for the airline? Also can I apply for the job and will they hire me or do I absolutly need to live there first?

Go to the virginblue website and send Richard Branson an e mail care of virginblue and ask him for a job.  Who knows you might be lucky.  He may give you a job just for having the gutz to go through him.
