How do I become a personal assistant/image adviser ?

That's right. I want to become a personal assistant or an image adviser. I want to be able to create celebrities' image, to get to be some sort of image manager or whatever it's called in showbiz... one that can chose the celebrities' hair style, outfit and general way of living...

Where do I start from? What path do I have to take to get where I want to?
