How do I become a sky engineer?

I've had a look on the sky website but I can't seem to find anything about becoming an engineer. I want to work for Sky rather than a subcontractor. They give holiday pay, pension etc. Thanks for reading. :-)

What kind of Engineer? More in general technology, web technology, or field Engineer?

There's tons of engineering ones. Just make an account with them (free) and you can apply to as many jobs as you like.
