Prospecting!

You need to be on the phone all day. But leads and learn to work them properly. The best thing I can recommend is reading this book. It made a big difference in my business.

They don't come to you.  You have to either find a niche to get people to let you quote them, or do some kind of advertising, or tons of cold calling.
