How do I become an auto insurance producer?

Question

Currently, I'm working with AFLAC insurance as an accident & health producer. However, I may be leaving the current office I'm at to move up towards OKC and Tulsa in Oklahoma in the coming months and would much like to widen my horizons in the world of insurance. If it's any help, I've been a licensed producer for about 2 months now.

First you get the license to sell the insurance, then you get the appointment from a company, to sell THEIR policy.  

Or, you go work for another agent, for a commission split, and use their contracts.
