  1. be loud, swallow the fear, say something, simple as that, talk about the weather.

  2. Self Love .. Self Acceptance .... positive self talk .... stop judging yourself ... have compassion n understanding for yourslef n others .. .... doing what you really want to do & being who you really are builds self confidence too .... seek to be yourself ... stop trying to be better than anyone else .... stop trying to be cool ....  who youare is enough ... when u truly believe this in your heart ... everyone will see that too .... problem solved ....

  3. Act as If.  Act as if you are on a one on one.  Talk to one person at a time just as you would other wise.

    $.05 please

  4. Just start a conversation, just say something, then tell yourself its too late to go back, might as well go for it.

    Remember:

Be funny but don't make them burst out laughing

Be smart but don't make them feel stupid

Make them like you and forget you

  5. I used to be exactly the same way. Every time i was in a group with a lot of people i got really tense and i held back. I felt so awkward and i felt like everyone was judging everything i was doing so i just wouldnt speak. I dont know how, but suddenly this summer i was able to be myself and talk in big groups. My fears of people judging me went away and i was able to say everything i wanted to say. Just remind yourself that people will like you if you are yourself and you will be so much happier. If you think that anyone is judging you, just forget about it because most likely they're not. I hope it all works out. Good luck.
