  1. Not caring about what other people say about you. Try to be with people that love you for who you are and that brings the best out of you and afterwards you'll be able to love yourself more.

  2. I can relate to how you feel - I am shy too and suffer from low self-esteem and low confidence. My confidence is slowly building up, it is definitely a slow process but worth it. Perhaps you could try doing positive affirmations about you successfully relating to other people, having confidence in social settings and large groups. It helps to build your confidence by meeting people in a non-threatening environment (eg, by doing volunteer work, joining a club that you are interested in), I think it can also help if you face your fears head on (eg, taking a course in public speaking and then speaking in public). Just remember a lot of people are (or once were) shy but often appear really confident and the life of the party. Meditation and even yoga (or any other sport you might like) might help as well.

  3. By winning and define stupid.

Winning raises our self esteem.Defeat wipes the floor with it.

Find your strenghts and use them to win.Discover your weaknesses and improve them. This will also raise your self esteem.
