I need to lose weight, I've been battling this for a couple years. I was heavy in high school lost a bunch of weight doing Atkins, one bad relationship and a happy marriage later I'm back to my high school weight if not heavier. I am an emotional eater, my husband eats whatever he wants without another thought, and I work from home for an extremely busy medicare company. I want to lose 75 lbs. How do I start, what should I eat, what kind of exercises should I do in order to tone up as well.
