I go though cycles where it makes me sick. Yet I need it to prevent head aches. Also I have bad sleeping habits from Working a full time job, a part time job, and going to school. So so I take naps in between which is hard when you drink coffee in between to keep awake for class or work.

  1. Hi, you need to change your diet - eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetable to increase your vitamin and mineral intake - coffee restricts nutritional intake. Ween your self of on tea - it still contains caffeine but only 1/3 less. Try and increase exercise when you feel better and eventually you will feel - zesty and revitalized.

  2. Well you gotta bite the bullet and just stop drinking it all together. Try substituting coffee with a hot cuppa tea.

  3. you need to cut back on the coffee if you drink 4 cups ,,,drink2 cups,,, then go to one decaf,,,, then all decaf,,, the cut it out

  4. The source of your headaches stems from your dependency from coffee.  It's actually a withdrawal symptom.

Caffeine actually helps in ridding you of headaches because of what it does to your blood flow and your veins.  In the case of coffee addiction though, your body gets so used to the caffeine that once it doesn't have it it goes through withdrawal symptoms hence the headaches.

I would actually suggest slowly weaning yourself off of the caffeine.  You'll experience headaches, but that's only for a short while.  In the meantime, increase your intake of water (water also helps stave off headaches).  As you cut back on coffee, your body will slowly become less dependent on it.  Also try switching over to decaf.

  5. YOU SHPULD JUST DRINK MILK AND NEASTQUICK OR SOMETHING OR JUST STOP BUYING COFFE THINGS

  6. YOU SHOULD TRY BUYING OTHER DRINKS INSTEAD OF COFFEE PRODUCTS AND SALE YOU COFFEE MACHINE.

  7. Best bet is to switch to half decaf, half regular, and get a headache reliever which contains caffiene in case it gets too much-- try Excedrin!! It works superbly on caffiene withdrawl headaches. After you stop getting headaches alltogether, switch to decaf (still has a little caffiene) or stop completely.

  8. Quit Drinking it DUHHHH

  9. You can't quit addictions.. you just change to a new one.

  10. i just got over a similar problem. i drank coffee every single day for the longest time, until one day i thought to myself how sick of it i was. since then i've cut down on it [i still have a cup every week or so] i feel soo much better. did you know that the coffee is the thing that's making you need to take naps? all you need is a good night's sleep, and switch to tea. it is better for you and it has less caffeine.

  11. Subsititue with something else. Start with decaf or tea. You may go thru caffeine withdrawal for a while so don't quit all at once. Start with every other day til your body gets used to not having it.

  12. Coffee dependency may be the source of your headaches. For myself, I cut down gradually...make/buy a smaller cup of coffee each time you have one. I was drinking large ones, cut down to medium for a couple weeks, then down to small.....When you get down to a small, cut one out at some point during the day...then another..gradually..until you are drinking only one a day. You'll need a bit more sleep in the short term, but once you are off the coffee, you should find that you sleep better and your headaches may be gone. I had headaches when drinking coffee....if I didn't drink enough/often enough. Once I got off it, no more headaches.

    Best of luck!!

  13. Coffee is bad news I suggest a nice chocolate milk or Green tea to get through the day.

  14. You could try switching to a different source of caffeine (something that you don't like is easier to stop drinking) and then gradually decrease your intake each day till you have stopped completely.

  15. try having some hot tea instead
