I have a Nokona Fastpitch Softball Catcher Glove. I want it broken in by the fall season. I have the oil stuff snd it does not really do anything. I wrap it with a ball in it and put it under my matressand that only helps alittle. And I play catch with it. Nothing seems to work. What should I do now?

  1. u jus have 2 keep workin with it! ive been catchin 4 7 yrs! u jus have 2 keep it oiled..& jus like set on ur livin room floor watchin TV & thro da ball in2 da pocket 4 like an hour a nite..it will work! BUT IT TAKES TIME!!!!

  2. put a glue clamp on each side with a small weight in the pocket.

  3. keep a softball in it and putt rubberbands around it to kee it closed over night.  i threw a ball in it all day and it got broke in in like a week ot two

or u can buy this foam stuff

  4. oil it up good and put it in the oven.

careful on the temp. 175 deg. 15-20 min.  the oil will soak in great, then play catch and repeat. shouldn't take much.

once it's broke in Shaving cream helps afer you have it broke in to maintain.

just keep an eye on it if you do the oven.

  5. go get a friend and have him pitch you some nice fast balls

at night take a baseball and wrap your glove around it then tie it tight with string
