How do I break it to him?

I'm 17, pregnant, and my dad still doesn't know yet. I'm right at 19 weeks and I'm still not showing which is really good. Everyone in my family knows but him, and they're really happy. I'm just not sure how to tell him and I'm also afraid that he might try to make me come live with him or hurt the baby's father. If you have any advice at all please please help me. Thanks

Well tomorrow is Fathers day right?? Go to the store get a baby shirt that saids "world best grandpa".

the longer you wait the harder it will be.  

nothing better than straight up and in person when dealing with any issue like this.  your getting ready to take on a big responsibility and is best you learn how to handle tough things in life.

im sure all with work out in the long run.  may be rough at first but most times after the baby grams and gramps forget what they were mad about. lol

I always get things out best in a letter..write him how you feel, your excitement, and your joys about this new venture in your life! it might help to enclose some pictures of you and him from your childhood, with quotations on the back of like "What this memory meant to me.." "The relationship I will always aim for with my own.." "The picture I hope to have a 'duplicate' with you and your grandbabies.." Something! Just be open minded.. concious of his feelings and needs, willing to communicate. If things happen to take a turn for the worse, do not burn bridges, love him anyway! And keep in mind the sooner the better, because all though he may not understand/remember how many weeks a pregnancy is (40) .. he will still be hurt it took you 19 weeks (or longer) to tell him! good luck girl.. remember, you're always daddy's little girl, no matter how old or big you get. ;o)

well if your really close with your dad you should sit down and talk to him don't be afraid he is your father   only if your close to him        GOOD LUCK!   HOPE FOR THE BEST FOR YOU AND YOUR BABY
