I think my meds are having a little effect on my skin, especially my face.. I always look pale and tired. I've tried to get back into drinking more water again (it sucks trying so in this cold winter) but i just.... i want some LIFE back in my face. I wear a little bit of blush, eyeshadow, lippy and mascara when I go out somewhere special only because now I know i look like c**p... before this, i never really had to wear makeup cos I have a natural look face. Anyone got any ideas how to bring this 27 year olds face back to looking like... the face she had 6 months ago... without all the makeup!!? (i look a lot younger than i am, can pass as 23... but yeah these days I look a little worn...). BAH!

  1. use a luminizer...many cosmetic companies have them now. go to sephora.com and look for some too! also you can take a little bronzer and mix it in with the luminzer to get a nice shimmery glow!

  2. to make your eyes brighter you can always take a white eyeliner and apply it on your bottom lash lines, it opens up your eyes. and always curl your lashes, it makes you look awake (: over your blush i'd suggest using a highlighter [like in eyeshadow] you take a feather brush and sweep it above your cheek bones, it works like a bronzer, but less harsh. it makes your face look bright as it reflects the light and adds emphasis to your cheek bones (:

  3. Unfortunately nothing else can brighten a face but rest and good nutrition. For now your best bet is make up. Try a tinted moisturizer or these mineral powders. I tried them and they actually look natural.

  4. get a tan

  5. Whiskey

  6. try bio oil....its really good at evening out your skin tone. Also exfoliate weekly.

  7. Exposure to the sun.

  8. try  "glox xpert" it makes your face have a bright, natural glow and you can get it in different colors. I have pale, sensitive skin and I LOVE it!

  9. blusher is undoubtedly the best tool for putting colour into the face, or bronzer if u have more colour naturally in ur skin.

  10. Put some bronzer on your cheeks!

Bronzing balls usually work the best and with a large make up brush.

  11. get plastic surgerary

  12. Try some red blush or some brown blush

  13. hi,

exfoliator is a great option, the little beads in the formula gently buff your skin and can make it brighter, it gets rid of all the dead skin cells.

why not try a little tinted mositurizer, some contain spf protection so while you are moisturising your skin, it gets a little colour injection and also protection from the sun.

also a cheek/lip stain is better than powder blush, it it natural looking and is bright, so thats an option.

Benefit do this powder called dandelion which you can put over your whole face to brighten it, if you have pink toned skin dont use it coz the powder is pink, you could try their peach toned one instead called georgia.

  14. Try Bare Minerals--all over face color. Mine is "Warmth" and it gives a highlight and makes the color come back to your face.  Takes away the paleness.
