I am taking up cross country in my sophomore year and I am a little worried that i might die (not really...figuratively) anyway, i have played soccer for 10 or 12 years but i have very little endurance(i am a sprinter)We have practice everyday, any tips on how i should pace myself or prepare myself so i can raise my endurance?
