How do I build my endurance for motorcycle road racing? I need workout tips. thanks?

  1. just keep riding your bike and it will develop


  2. Cardio. Lots of it. And weight training. Dont eat crappy food either.

  3. Cardio, Stretches, Fruits, Veggies, Vitamins, Keep your mind clear but sharp.

  4. I am trying to get in shape as well for an upcoming race series, and this is what I am doing...

    Running or any kind of hard cardio, for at least 1 hour, and at 80% effort, 4 times per week....

    Do lots of muscle building exersises, especially legs, arms and backs. Work out these muscles a lot, because these are the muscles you use in moto competition. But dont forget about the others as well.

    Building uscle will also help ou lose all that unwanted fat....

    I work out like this....

    Monday...Heavy legs, back...cardio

    Tuesday...Light arms, chest, abs.....cardio

    Wednesday.... Off

    Thursday...Light legs, back, cardio

    Friday...Heavy arms, chest, abs....cardio...

    and off on the weekends...

    But tis schedule will change if I have a race that weekend from taking wednesday off to taking friday off....

    Do not eat any fatty foods like fast food, and I try to stay away from pasta's, and any high carb foods....

    Lots of vegetables and fruits....

    Stay away from carbonated drinks. No soda, or energy drinks, these kill you....

    no candy or any foods with high sugars....

    this has helped me not only to gain stanima out on the track, but I have also lost 30 pounds in the past 2 months.

    Plus I feel a ton better....
