Hello I am 14 freshman in highschool. I feel that I need to bulk up a little because I always have been the tall skinny guy. My caves and thighs are very muscular for just messing around on a bike skates and trampoline. I want to build my arms w/o having to "workout" my legs were very easy to build cause I got them from playing and it really wasn't work but now I notice my chest abbs and pec need work how do I do that?
