How do I burn a CD?

ok so i wanna burn a CD and i have everything but i dont know how to do it. i have i tunes and have everything set up,

You put the CD in!

Go to the playlist you want

Hit burn CD in the bottom right hand corner

and just wait for it to burn

A common cigarette lighter would suffice, though you might need to refill it depending on the flash-point of the particular plastics used in the disc construction.

You don't need CD burning software...windows media player will do just fine.  Pop in a blank writable cd, you can find in a most electronic stores.  Wait for the computer to recognize the disk.  Then drag and drop the songs you want onto the "Burn" list thats located in windows media player.  Then click burn.  Its that simple.

Just make a playlist in itunes and put the songs you want on the CD in the playlist. Then when you add all the songs you want put in a blank CD and go to the bottom right corner and click burn disc and it should burn that playlist. I do it and it works.

you need a cd burning software such as nero or roxio cd and dvd creator. these programs will provide instructions as to how to burn the cd

in itunes create a new playlist add the songs you want then put the blank cd in the cd burner drive and while in the playlist there will be an option "Burn Disk" click that then it will burn the songs

This is really easy in iTunes.  Make a playlist with the songs you want on the CD.  It needs to be 70 minutes or less.  Unfortunately, once you go past 60 minutes, iTunes shows you everything in "hours", which isn't useful to you.  70 minutes rounds to 1.3 hours, but so does 71 minutes.  To be on the safe side, stick to 1.2 hours or less.

Now that you have the playlist, and have it selected, hit the "burn" button in the lower right hand corner.  It will prompt you to insert a blank CD-R to burn the playlist to.  That's it.  iTunes does the rest.
