How do I burn a DVD without a DVD Burner?

Our family has some old home videos on CD but won't play on regular DVD players. I have a CD burner and DVD+R(and RW) discs but I don't think they will burn.

  1. You would do just as well burning to VCD, your DVD player will read them, or another suggestion, take your VCD to a store and get them converted to DVD

    If a CD burner could burn DVDs, everybody would go with it coz it cheaper in price.
