How do I burn a movie I've shrunk, from my hard drive to disc?

depends dude what u want to play it on,,dvd player,,,if you do you need it to be in the right format ???then you can have a dvd image of just put it in a file labelled VIDEO_TS  thats so you rdvd player knows to play it
