How do I burn a video to a DVD?

I downloaded a video off of Azureus, and now I want it on a DVD. I don't know how to do it, though. I have a RW DVD, and I think the video is a .avi file.

Here is the file name without the name:

****.****.******.HDTV.XviD-HDQ.[VTV]

  1. there's is a freeware product called 'DVD Flick' that can be used, it works with .avi files =]

    search it on google and you should find it quite easily :)

    either that, or you can pay to get Nero 8
