There are many different programs you can use. The best one that I use is NeroStartsmart. You must have a DVD burner on your computer.

You have to convert your camera video to DVD format (VOB or MPEG-2) at first. Or else it can't be play general DVD player. If you don't know how to do that, here is a step by step guide for you
